Pretty cool mechanic, I really like it but the game is a bit too short. Maybe add a deaths counter and a timer for scoring, but definitely try to expand it with extra levels and challenges
wih that little fix it runs MANY times better than before! Just beat the final boss, nice game :-)
fun fact: if you hide in the top left corner and just sometimes shot the grapple down when the boss is beneath you you can get a slow but surefire win. boss luckily aint smart enough to grapple to the ceiling and directly grapple left :-)
Sorry to hear that, but thanks for the bug report! This is a non-trivial issue with the physics engine I'll need to fix later, but for now I've just put in an frame delta limit to mitigate the clipping.

Wasn't that hard
Im playing at school, so i'm using a school chromebook and I can't see the full screen since my screen is too small. Anybody know what to do?
You can zoom out with CTRL+- or find the zoom bar in your browser settings
Or, you can make the game fullscreen with F :)

WOW that was great! It was very buggy, but I was able to reach the final boss and finish the game. Nice job!
Hopefully you can fix the bugs in the post jam version.
Also, it seems you might have put the wrong link to the LD Jam page. Clicking it takes me to hoop knight, even though the anchor text is correct.
sorry but about every second grapple sends me into a wall, so it's unplayable for me.
might be lag on my part but it still sucks :-(

found a bug: if you lag and grapple in a wall pushing in it you can bug through it
